How do I find activities for my child?
Use the search function to filter activities by age, location, type of activity, and other criteria. You can also browse through categories to discover various programs. If you don’t find what you like, save your search and we will automatically notify you when a provider creates an activity that matches your request.
Is there a cost to use this service?
No, our service is free for parents to use. You can browse and search for activities without any charges.
How do I contact a provider if I have questions about an activity?
Each activity listing includes the provider’s contact information. You can reach out to them directly via their website, phone or email for more details.
Can I register my child for an activity directly through your site?
No, registration processes vary by provider. You should visit the provider website or contact them directly.
How do I leave a review for an activity my child attended??
After your child has participated in an activity, you can leave a review by visiting the activity’s listing page and clicking on the “Write a Review” button. You will need to login to be able to leave a review.
How can I support Beyond School?

For Educators
How do I list my programs on your website?
To list your programs or activities, click the “Add Program” button in the top-right menu. If you don’t already have an account, you’ll be prompted to create one. Once your account is set up, simply enter your program details and submit them through our portal. After approval, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and your listings will be visible to parents.
Is there a fee to list programs on your site?
Your first listing is free; after that, we charge a small fee for providers to list their activities so we can keep this site running. Pricing details can be found on our “Educators” page.
What information do I need to provide when listing a program?
You will need to provide details such as your logo, the program name, description, age group, location, schedule, pricing, and contact information. You are encouraged to upload relevant images. The more information you provide, the better.
I provide camps, lessons, birthday packages, and more. Can I list them individually?
Yes, but each listing can only feature one program type. If you offer multiple program types, we recommend choosing the Starter or Unlimited Package. These packages allow you to create multiple listings and include additional benefits such as detailed program descriptions, featured listings, program keywords, and much more!
How can I manage my listings?
After logging into your educator account, you can manage your listings by navigating to the “Listings” section. Here, you can edit, update, or remove your listing as needed.
Why is my listing on your site? How do I claim it?
We include listings from publicly available information to provide families with a comprehensive directory of activities and programs. If your listing is on our site, it’s because we believe your services are valuable to our audience.
To claim your listing, simply click on the “Claim Listing” link on the listing page. By claiming your listing, you can verify your information, add details, and gain full control to manage your profile. If you prefer your listing to be removed, please contact us, and we’ll promptly assist you.
Can I promote my programs to reach more parents?
