Action for Change
The program brings together 60 young people aged 15–17 from different countries to explore youth social entrepreneurship. Participants learn how to create projects that make a real impact.
UWC (United World Colleges) is a global movement that makes education a force to unite people, nations and cultures for peace and a sustainable future. Our mission is to inspire young people to use their talents and energy to create positive change, no matter what paths they choose in life.
ActionxChange (AxC) is a 15‑day UWC Short Course, bilingual (Spanish/English) and fully residential, organized by UWC Spain, where UWC values are sharedamong an international, young community.
The program brings together 60 young people aged 15–17 from different countries to explore youth social entrepreneurship. Over two weeks, participants learn how to create projects that make a real impact in their communities, through a hands‑on methodology focused on:
- teamwork and leadership
- conflict transformation
- public speaking and debating
- project and campagn design
- budgetiong and planning
They will also enjoy workshops on environmental awareness, global issues, creativity, and a wide range of sports and group activities.
Our team of international trainers are experienced social entrepreneurs and youth program leaders. Participants will also meet guest speakers who are experts in their fields.
All students who complete the program will receive an official ActionxChange skills certificate.
